This is a policy proposal.
The policy has not been approved yet.
Usage
This template is to be included on policy proposals that have not been passed, in order to keep track of them via a category and encourage discussion on the talk page.
This template adds articles tagged with it to Category:Policy proposals.
Syntax

The first variable should be the full name of the talk page, and is set to be the draft's talk page by default.
{{Proposal|<talkpagename>}}
Even if it appears unused, this template should not be deleted.
No reason has been specified.
