The Vintage Check Shirt(NA)[a], or Vintage Check(EU/OC)[b], is a clothing item in Splatoon. It is produced by the Rockenberg clothing brand, comes with the main ability Haunt, and has a 3-star rarity.
It can be purchased from Jelly Fresh for 9000 cash.
Appearance
The Vintage Check Shirt is a cerulean blue button-down shirt buttoned together with white buttons. The shirt features dark blue and magenta tartan stripes, hence the shirt's name. There is also a small pocket on the top left side.
Abilities
The Vintage Check Shirt comes with Haunt as a main ability. Since its made by the brand Rockenberg, the shirt has an increased chance of rolling Run Speed Up as a sub ability, but a reduced chance of rolling Swim Speed Up.
Trivia
- The Vintage Check Shirt originally had spring green tartan stripes instead of magenta, and the buttons were originally thicker and red in color. This can be seen in early screenshots before Splatoon was finalized.
