Just create a page called Blog:(The name of the blog post you want to create) and it will automatically be considered a blog! :) - 00:12, 29 September 2015 (UTC)

The easiest way is to go through the URL - in your browser's address bar, go to http://splatoonwiki.org/wiki/Blog:Your_post_name_here (replacing "Your_post_name_here" with the title of your new blog post).
