Parameters

name	Required.	The Palette's owner.
weapon	Required.	The Order Weapon's name.
plural	Dependant.	A formality to correct pluralization.
sub	Required.	The standard sub weapon of the palette.
special	Required.	The standard special weapon of the palette.
game	Required.	The initials of the game of the weapon. i.e. S, or S2, S3.
tone1	Required.	The name of the most common chip tone.
tone2	Required.	The name of the second most common chip tone.
quote	Optional.	The Quote from Smollusk about said charater.
custom	Optional.	Putting this on overwrites many features including removing smollusk, replace the weapon's name with full name.
cstmimg	Depentant.	Full image name of a custom image if custom is active.
extra	Optional.	Used to give extra details about the weapon (namely for Eight's Palette)
