Parameters

`name`	Required.	The Palette's owner.
`weapon`	Required.	The Order Weapon's name.
`plural`	Dependant.	A formality to correct pluralization.
`sub`	Required.	The standered sub weapon of the palette.
`special`	Required.	The standered special weapon of the palette.
`game`	Required.	The initials of the game of the weapon. i.e. `S`, or `S2`, `S3`.
`tone1`	Required.	The name of the most common chip tone.
`tone2`	Required.	The name of the second most common chip tone.
`quote`	Optional.	The Quote from Smollusk about said charater.
`custom`	Optional.	Putting this on overwrites many features including removing smollusk, replace the weapon's name with full name.
`cstmimg`	Depentant.	Full image name of a custom image if `custom` is active.
`extra`	Optional.	Used to give extra details about the weapon (namely for Eight's Palette)
