It can be purchased from Lua error in Module:Shop at line 47: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value). for Cash and from Lua error in Module:Shop at line 47: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value). for Cash and from SplatNet 2 for Cash.
Appearance
The Clownfish Basics are lo-top canvas shoes colored mainly dark orange with white horizontal stripes stretching across, resembling a clownfish's pattern, hence "Clowfish Basics". It has black shoelaces and a white toecap and sole border. The light brown patterned soles feature the Krak-On logo, which is also seen on the tongue of the shoe.

Special Charge Up as a main ability.
As a 1-star item, it also has a slot for a secondary ability. Since it is made by the [[File:Krak-On_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] brand, it has a higher chance of rolling 
Swim Speed Up and a lower chance of rolling 
Defense Up.
