Blackbelly Skatepark
From Inkipedia, the Splatoon wiki
Blackbelly Skatepark is a multiplayer stage in Splatoon.
Layout
Blackbelly Skatepark features two inversely symmetrical skateparks with large ramps and hills. It also include more widely open areas.
Blackbelly Skatepark's total area is 1528p.
Notable Locations
- Central Tower – The Center Tower is a large, plateaued structure that can only be accessed by climbing vertical paths of Ink. It is a relatively effective yet rather obvious place to shoot down your enemies. Small balconies are positioned on its sides.
Splat Zones
The Splat Zones in Blackbelly Skatepark are relatively small and located in opposite corners from each other in the middle of the map, both touching the Central Tower.
Tips
- The Central Tower can be a highly contested spot given its vantage point. From here, it's easy to claim a wide area. Do be aware, however, that not just the ramps on the sides of the tower can be painted, but the whole thing. Not keeping this in mind can result in being overthrown by surprise.
- The tower can be a great target for an Inkstrike if not currently in your team's control, as any enemies atop it will be forced completely off or splatted.
- The wooden skate ramps on either side of the opposing territories can be a great entrance for breaching the enemy perimeter.
Squid Sisters quotes

- Callie: “Judd fell out of a tree trying to grab a coconut!”
- Marie: “Don't worry—he has a lot of built-in cushion!”
- Callie: “I always accidentally splat innocent bystanders here!”
- Marie: “Sure... "Accidentally."”
- Callie: “I'm bad at skateboarding... I'd probably break a bone!”
- Marie: “Squids don't have bones, but whatever...”
- Callie: “This would be a rad venue for an outdoor show!”
- Marie: “That's a pretty good idea, actually!”
- Callie: “Palm trees! Aww, man, now I want coconut ice cream.”
- Marie: “Mmmm. With a slice of octo pie!”
- Callie: “Marie! Give us some top secret tactics for this one.”
- Marie: “Umm...watch your back. And your front!”
