Bobble Hat

The Bobble Hat is headgear in the Splatoon series.

In Splatoon, it is a 2-star item produced by Splash Mob and comes with the primary ability Quick Super Jump. It can be purchased from Cooler Heads for  2,000.

In Splatoon 2, it is a 2-star item produced by Splash Mob and comes with the primary ability Quick Super Jump. It can be purchased from Headspace for  2,000 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for  4,000.

Appearance

The Bobble Hat is a large knit hat. Its color changes to match that of the wearer's ink, but it has two horizontal stripes and a fluffy bobble on the end that are always white. On its left side is a white patch with the Splash Mob logo, and on its right are two pins - one small and black with a white squid, and one large and orange with a purple seashell.

Abilities

The Bobble Hat comes with Quick Super Jump as the primary ability. As a 2-star item, the Bobble Hat comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Splash Mob gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Ink Saver (Main) and a lower chance of rolling Run Speed Up to fill its secondary ability slots.

Splatoon 2

Abilities

The Bobble Hat comes with Quick Super Jump as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Headgear. As a 2-star item, the Bobble Hat comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since it is made by the Splash Mob gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Ink Saver (Main) and a lower chance of rolling Run Speed Up to fill its secondary ability slots.

• A UI icon for an older version of the item was discovered in the data files for Super Mario Maker. In this version, the hat is orange.
• Bobble Hat from the Splatoon manga wears this headgear, hence her name.
