The Camo Mesh^(NA), or Camo Mesh Cap^(EU/OC), is headgear in Splatoon and Splatoon 2. It is a 2-star item in Splatoon and 1-star in Splatoon 2, is produced by [[File:Firefin_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] and comes with the main ability Swim Speed Up.

It can be purchased from for File:2,500 Icon Cash.png, from for File:1,400 Icon Cash.png, or from SplatNet 2 for File:3,500 Icon Cash.png.

Appearance

The Camo Mesh is a baseball cap with a mesh back and solid front. The brim and mesh are completely covered in a camouflage pattern that changes color to match that of the wearer's ink, and on the front is [[File:Firefin_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]]'s name in stylized white Inkling text.

The Camo Mesh comes with Swim Speed Up as the primary ability. As a 2-star item, the Camo Mesh comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Firefin gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Ink Saver (Sub) and a lower chance of rolling Ink Recovery Up to fill its secondary ability slots.
