The Camping Hat is headgear in Splatoon and Splatoon 2. It is a 1-star item produced by [[File:Inkline_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] and comes with the main ability Special Duration Up in Splatoon and Special Power Up in Splatoon 2.

It can be purchased from and for File:800 Icon Cash.png, or from SplatNet 2 for File:2,000 Icon Cash.png.

Appearance

The Camping Hat is a floppy, wide-brimmed hat that changes color to match that of the wearer's ink. The band and edge of the brim are both lighter than the main color, and the band has a small version of the [[File:Inkline_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] logo in black and white on the front. The hat is secured to the head with a black rope at the chin, cinched by an arrow-shaped fastener that also matches the wearer's Ink.

As a 1-star item, the Camping Hat comes with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Inkline gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Defense Up and a lower chance of rolling Damage Up to fill its secondary ability slot.
