The Clownfish Basics are shoes in Splatoon. They can be purchased from Shrimp Kicks for 500 cash.
Appearance
The Clownfish Basics are lo-top canvas shoes colored mainly dark orange with white horizontal stripes stretching across, resembling a clownfish's pattern, hence "Clowfish Basics". It has black shoelaces and a white toecap and sole border. The light brown patterned soles feature the Krak-On logo, which is also seen on the tongue of the shoe.
Trivia
- The Clownfish Basics originally sported a non-patterned lemon yellow color, as shown in several screenshots and videos before Splatoon was finalized.
Abilities
The Clownfish Basics comes with the Special Charge Up ability as a main ability and they let you charge up your special ability quickly
