Cream Basics
The Cream Basics are shoes in Splatoon and Splatoon 2. They are a 1-star item produced by [[File:Krak-On_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] and come with the main ability 
Special Saver.
The Cream Basics are available at the start of both games. It can be purchased from SplatNet 2 for Cash.
Appearance
The Cream Basics are a pair of cream-colored lo-top canvas shoes with cream laces. The toe cap, as well as the sole border, are white. The patterned soles are light brown in color and feature the [[File:Krak-On_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] logo in the middle. The Krak-On logo is featured on a small white tag on the tongue of the shoe.

Abilities
The Cream Basics come with Special Saver as a main ability.
As a 1-star item, they also have one slot for a secondary ability. Since they are made by the [[File:Krak-On_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] brand, they have a higher chance of rolling 
Swim Speed Up and a lower chance of rolling 
Bomb Defense Up.
