Frame data for the following attributes are shown in the table below.

F_TOTAL - The number of frames (unit of time where 1 second = 60 frames) before the special meter depletes.
F_DELAY - The number of frames before the first Inkzooka shot is fired. It takes slightly less time to fire this first shot.
F_SHOT - The number of frames it takes to fire each bomb or Inkzooka shot.
