It can be purchased from Jelly Fresh for 2,700 cash.

Abilities

The Forge Octarian Jacket comes with Haunt as a main ability. As a 2-star item, it also has two slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the Forge brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Special Duration Up and a lower chance of rolling Ink Saver (Sub).
