Fugu Tee

The Fugu Tee is a type of clothing in Splatoon. It is a 1-star item produced by the Firefin brand and comes with the main ability Swim Speed Up.

It can be purchased from Jelly Fresh for 750 cash.

Appearance

The Fugu Tee is a short-sleeved shirt in a very dark gray. On the front on a large white background is a black and white version of the Firefin logo with an Inkling symbol in place of the fish's face. On the bottom is a tiny white tag with a much smaller Firefin logo.

Abilities

The Fugu Tee comes with Swim Speed Up as a main ability. As a 1-star item, it also has one slot for a secondary ability. Since it is made by the Firefin brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Ink Saver (Sub) and a lower chance of rolling Ink Recovery Up.

Trivia

• The Fugu Tee was originally shown in several screenshots and in the files of the game before Splatoon was released, possibly meaning it was supposed to come out earlier.
  • Interestingly, the files before Version 2.3.0. called the shirt the "Black Puffer Tee", possibly it's beta name.
