Gear vs. Grub vs. Fun is the first official Splatfest in Splatoon 3 (the very first being Rock vs. Paper vs. Scissors, in the Splatoon 3 Splatfest World Premiere), announced on 13 September 2022 in a Nintendo Direct. It will be held for all regions.

The question asks the player what will be the priority for them when going to a deserted island, Gear (equipment), Grub (food) or Fun (Games etc.)
