Half-Rim Glasses

The Half-Rim Glasses are a headgear in Splatoon 2. It is a 2-star item produced by [[File:Splash Mob_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] and comes with the main ability Special Power Up. It can be purchased from for File:4,100 Icon Cash.png, and from Splatnet 2 for File:8,200 Icon Cash.png.

Appearance

The Half-Rim Glasses are a pair of eyeglasses with thick frames. Its color changes to a darker shade of the wearer's ink. On the inside of the temples, the Splash Mob logo can be seen in white text.

Abilities

The Half-Rim Glasses come with Special Power Up as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, they come with any other primary ability normally available to Headgear. As a 2-star item, the Half-Rim Glasses come with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since they are made by the Splash Mob gear brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Ink Saver (Main) and a lower chance of rolling Run Speed Up to fill their secondary ability slots.
