Yes. Only members of the committee can actually add polls to be voted on but anyone is able to vote for the polls. Luke26 (talk) 20:32, 21 February 2021 (UTC)

Character Poll

That is a great idea for a poll! Especially the slice of cheese. The poll of species was actually last year during June and July but polls can be featured once a year so it's possible to have it again. If you'd like to nominate a poll, add yourself to the committee list in Inkipedia:Polls and follow the format in the nomination section. Personally I think that Cookie 1 2 3 is a duplicate account of Chewy Cookie. It seems very suspicious that two accounts with Cookie in their names were created right after one another. Also, both of these users have spammed the Ink Pump and Chewy Cookie mentioned Cookie 1 2 3 there. I think that someone should do an IP look-up for these users before we allow them to join the poll committee. However, I will assume good faith, but I still think this is very suspicious. I can back that up. Letting people just join the committee at will may just be a bad idea. A request and a check followed up may be a safer approach. Or maybe I just don't trust in people I don't know. Yawshi Fan (talk) 13:51, 30 March 2021 (UTC)
