The Mecha Head - HTR is headgear in Splatoon 2.
It is a 3-star item produced by SquidForce and comes with the primary ability Main Power Up. It is only available as a CoroCoro Comic promotion in Japan. It cannot be ordered from another player.
CoroCoro Comic held a drawing competition for designing a new set of gear in which the winning design would get to be in the game. The helmet, along with the Mecha Body - AKM and Mecha Legs - LBS, was released at 15 April 2019 for Japanese copies only.

Splatoon 2
Abilities
The Mecha Head - HTR comes with Main Power Up as the primary ability. As a 3-star item, the Mecha Head - HTR comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the SquidForce gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Ink Resistance Up and a lower chance of rolling Ink Saver (Main) to fill its secondary ability slots.
