Power Boots

The Power Boots are a type of shoes in Splatoon. They are a 2-star item produced by the amiibo brand and come with the main ability Ink Saver (Main).

They cannot be purchased. Instead, they can only be obtained through completing the Inkling Squid amiibo's challenges.

Appearance

The Power Boots are a pair of complex, futuristic boots. They have sections of white, black, and silver, and end in a point. They are quite tall, coming up to the wearer's knees. On the back is a thick tube with a pattern in black as well as the wearer's ink color, which comes out at the heel and goes back in at the calf.

Abilities

The Power Boots come with Ink Saver (Main) as a main ability. As a 2-star item, they also have two slots for secondary abilities. Since the amiibo brand does not change the likelihood of any secondary abilities, they all have an equal chance.

Complete these four challenge missions to unlock them:

1. Inkvisible Avenues — Find Your Path (Limited ink)
2. Flooder Junkyard — Renegade Robots (Kraken)
3. Shifting Splatforms — Midnight Rendezvous (Kraken)
4. Roll with the Punches... The Rampaging Octowhirl! (Boss #3) (Kraken)
