Run Speed Up.

Appearance
The Purple Sea Slugs are a pair of vivid purple sneakers with several sections of black. They have black laces, a large black loop on the back, and, like all [[File:Tentatek_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] shoes, a small Tentatek logo at the top of the tongue.

Abilities
The Purple Sea Slugs come with Run Speed Up as the primary ability. As a 1-star item, the Purple Sea Slugs come with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since they are made by the Tentatek gear brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Ink Recovery Up and a lower chance of rolling Quick Super Jump to fill their secondary ability slot.

The Purple Sea Slugs come with Run Speed Up as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, they come with any other primary ability normally available to Shoes. As a 2-star item, the Purple Sea Slugs come with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since they are made by the Tentatek gear brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Ink Recovery Up and a lower chance of rolling Quick Super Jump to fill their secondary ability slots.
