Template:Infobox gear The Strapping Reds are shoes in Splatoon. They are a 1-star item produced by Splash Mob and come with the main ability Ink Resistance Up.
They can be purchased from Shrimp Kicks for 700 cash.
Appearance
The Strapping Reds are a pair of flattish shoes with three thick Velcro straps instead of laces and short, blue-gray socks worn underneath. They are mostly red, with a white stripe toward the bottom and a white zig-zag pattern on both sides. On the topmost strap is the Splash Mob logo in white.
Abilities
The Red 3-Straps come with Ink Resistance Up as a main ability, which, being exclusive to the main slot of shoes, prevents the wearer from also having Stealth Jump or Bomb Sniffer. As a 1-star item, the Red 3-Straps have one additional slot for a secondary ability. Since they are made by the Splash Mob brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Ink Saver (Main) and a lower chance of rolling Run Speed Up.
