School Shoes

The School Shoes are a type of shoes in Splatoon. They are a 2-star item produced by the amiibo brand and come with the main ability Ink Saver (Sub).

This item cannot be purchased. Instead, it can only be obtained through completing the Inkling Girl amiibo's challenges.

Appearance

The School Shoes are a pair of shiny black loafers. Like the rest of the school gear, their appearance changes based on the wearer's gender; they come with long black socks if worn by a female, and no socks if worn by a male.

Abilities

The School Shoes come with Ink Saver (Sub) as a main ability. As a 2-star item, it also has two slots for secondary abilities. Since the amiibo brand does not change the likelihood of any secondary abilities, they all have an equal chance.

Complete these four Charger challenge missions to unlock it:

1. Shifting Splatforms — Midnight Rendezvous —
2. Octoling Assault — Skirmish at the Skatepark —
3. Undeniable Flying Object — Bluefin Sighting —
4. Roll with the Punches... The Rampaging Octowhirl! (Boss #3)
