The School Uniform is clothing in Splatoon and Splatoon 2. It is a 2-star item produced by [[File:amiibo_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] and comes with the main ability Ink Recovery Up.

It can only be unlocked as an amiibo reward. It cannot be ordered through Spyke or Murch.

Appearance

The School Uniform consists of a black jacket, a white and cream colored undershirt, and a tie. Like the rest of the School Gear, the uniform's appearance changes based on the wearer's gender: If the wearer is female, the uniform is accompanied by a plaid skirt, but if the wearer is male, he still wears the default black shorts. Both the tie and the skirt (if present) change to match the color of the wearer's Ink.

Splatoon 2

The School Uniform is available only through use of the first generation Inkling Girl (Splatoon) amiibo. The second generation Inkling Girl (Splatoon) amiibo does not unlock this item. Players must save a set of gear to the amiibo and win a certain amount of battles. After meeting those conditions, the player will receive the School Uniform upon talking to the amiibo.

Abilities

The School Uniform comes with Ink Recovery Up as a main ability.

As a 2-star item, it also has two slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the [[File:amiibo_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] brand, all abilities have an equal chance of being rolled.

Splatoon

The School Uniform is available through use of any generation of the Inkling Girl (Splatoon) amiibo.

The School Uniform comes with Special Charge Up as a main ability.

Unlock

To unlock the School Uniform, the player must play the second set of Octo Valley missions from the Inkling Girl (Splatoon) amiibo:

The School Uniform is received after completing the second boss challenge.
