The Splatoon 2 Global Testfire is a free Splatoon 2 demo available on the Nintendo eShop. It will allow players to engage in free four-versus-four Turf War at scheduled times ahead of the release of the game. It was available for download before the scheduled times, but server connection was not possible beforehand.

Description

During the Global Testfire, players will be able to enter online matches of Turf War and use the Splat Dualies, Splattershot, Splat Roller, and Splat Charger on both The Reef and Musselforge Fitness.

Event times

In order to ensure a sufficient number of players for the Testfire, Nintendo designated the following times to be used. [1]

• 12-12:59 p.m. PT / 3-3:59 p.m. ET

• 8-8:59 p.m. PT / 11-11:59 p.m. ET
