The Squid Beakon is a Sub Weapon in Splatoon.
Description
After being placed by an Inkling, other Inklings on the same team will be able to Super Jump to the placed Beakon. When an Inkling from an opposing team shoots the other team's Beakon, or when the Beakon has been used once, it will be destroyed and no longer available for use. Up to three beacons can be placed down at any one time. If the user attempts to place another beacon after three have already been placed, they will do so but the earliest active beacon placed will disappear in the process.

Trivia
- The Squid Beakon is only available in a set with one weapon, the Krak-On Splat Roller, making it the rarest Sub Weapon in Splatoon.
- The Squid Beakon is also visible on the GamePad map to the opposing team, meaning they may find out where it is and destroy it.
