The Streetstyle Cap is headgear in the Splatoon series.
In Splatoon, it is a 1-star item produced by Skalop and comes with the primary ability Ink Saver (Sub). It can be purchased from Cooler Heads for 600.
In Splatoon 2, it is a 1-star item produced by Skalop and comes with the primary ability Ink Saver (Sub). It can be purchased from Headspace for 600 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for 1,500.
Appearance
The Streetstyle Cap is a flat-brimmed hat that changes color to match that of the wearer's ink. Stylized Inkling letters are printed on the front in white, and a black and gold sticker with Skalop's logo can be seen on the left side of the brim. On the back is a small version of the Skalop logo in white.
Splatoon
Abilities
The Streetstyle Cap comes with Ink Saver (Sub) as the primary ability. As a 1-star item, the Streetstyle Cap comes with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Skalop gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Quick Respawn and a lower chance of rolling Special Saver to fill its secondary ability slot.
Splatoon 2
Abilities
The Streetstyle Cap comes with Ink Saver (Sub) as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Headgear. As a 1-star item, the Streetstyle Cap comes with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since it is made by the Skalop gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Quick Respawn and a lower chance of rolling Special Saver to fill its secondary ability slot.
Trivia
- The Streetstyle Cap's Japanese name, "Beverage Cap", refers to the fact that the writing on the front of the cap is also found on the many vending machines around Inkopolis. This suggests that the Streetstyle Cap could be a promotional item for the company that produces the vending machines ( the name on the cap is written in Japanese ‘じはんき’, which means translated ‘vending machine’).
