It can be purchased from and for File:400 Icon Cash.png or from SplatNet 2 for File:1,000 Icon Cash.png.

Appearance

The Takoroka Mesh is a baseball cap with a mesh back and white front. The brim and mesh change color to match that of the wearer's ink. On the front is [[File:Takoroka_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]]'s logo in black.

As a 1-star item, the Takoroka Mesh comes with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Takoroka gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Special Charge Up and a lower chance of rolling Special Duration Up to fill its secondary ability slot.
