:I believe it should be renamed to be consistent with the Art of Splatoon 2 book, as well as an added citation confirming the usage of the name.
:It's unfortunate that the ''other'' two Rocket Octarians don't have the "Speedy" name, because all of them have the same side-boosting functionality and I think it'd be easier for the reader if enemies with the "Rocket" prefix consistently have that side-boosting mechanic. Changing name to Speedy Twintacle Octotrooper

I believe it should be renamed to be consistent with the Art of Splatoon 2 book, as well as an added citation confirming the usage of the name.
It's unfortunate that the other two Rocket Octarians don't have the "Speedy" name, because all of them have the same side-boosting functionality and I think it'd be easier for the reader if enemies with the "Rocket" prefix consistently have that side-boosting mechanic.
