It can be purchased from Cooler Heads for 700 Cash.
Appearance
The Two-Stripe Mesh is a baseball cap with a mesh back and solid front, as well as two horizontal lines around the back. The brim, front, and lower of the two lines change color to match that of the wearer's Ink, with the upper line always being dark gray. On the front is the Krak-On logo in black and gold next to the name of Krak-On in black Inkling text on a white background. At the back of the cap is a white adjustable strap.
Abilities
The Two-Stripe Mesh comes with Special Saver as a main ability. As a 1-star item, it also has one slot for a secondary ability. Since it is made by the Krak-On brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Swim Speed Up and a lower chance of rolling Defense Up.
