The Swim Goggles are headgear in the Splatoon series.

They are a 1-star item produced by Zink and come with the primary ability Last-Ditch Effort. They can be purchased from Headspace for Cash 100 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for Cash 250.

Appearance

The Swim Goggles are blue swimming goggles with light blue lenses and a black head strap. On one side of the goggles, next to the right eyepiece, is the Zink logo in white. In the same spot on the left side, is some Inkling text. On the nosepiece is the text from the Zink logo, also in white.

Abilities

The Swim Goggles come with Last-Ditch Effort as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch, which, being exclusive to the main slot of Headgear, prevents the wearer from also having Comeback, Opening Gambit, or Tenacity. When purchased from SplatNet 2, they come with any other primary ability normally available to Headgear. As a 1-star item, the Swim Goggles come with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since they are made by the Zink gear brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Quick Super Jump and a lower chance of rolling Quick Respawn to fill their secondary ability slot.

Splatoon 3

The Swim Goggles are briefly seen in the Splatoon 3 announcement trailer during the pan of Splatsville, with no visible changes to the gear. It is currently unknown what gear ability it comes with, its price, its availability, and other information regarding the gear item.
