Aquasonic (Live)
The live version of Aquasonic performed during the Splatoon 3 Live Concert at Nintendo Live 2024 TOKYO is similar to the in-game version, but the instrumental section at the end before looping back has been replaced with an original instrumental section before transitioning into Ska-BLAM.
Etymology
Aquasonic is a combination of aqua ("of water") and sonic ("of sound"), forming a coined word coordinate with adjectives related to audio (e.g. "ultrasonic") and speed (e.g. "supersonic"), hence suggesting imagery along the lines of "the sound of water" or "the speed of water". It is likely a reference to the word aquaponic, where fish and plants mutually benefit by giving nutrients by essentially feeding one another.
