Competitive Viability
The Bento Splat Charger has wonderful stats, allowing it for to be a menace from a long enough distance. However, the E-liter 3K out ranges it and is a better choice for almost everything, so it gets almost no use. It also doesn't have as strong of a kit as the Splat Charger and Kelp Splat Charger, leaving it to be kinda pointless. Having to stay far away, there is no need for the Splash Wall in almost any situation. The Echolocator is good for support, but the e-liter already does that, so there is almost no reason to have one of these on a competitive team, despite how good it is.

The Bento Splat Charger features some weird green stuff Sheldon found washed up on a beach. We agree with Sheldon and think it’s pretty cool. It’s basically the same as the regular Splat Charger, but Sheldon amped up the defense with a Splash Wall. The Echolocator makes this set perfect for caring souls who love to support their teammates.

The Bento Splat Charger is a Charger in Splatoon. It is one of the nine weapons included in Sheldon's Picks Vol. 2 and was released on June 8th, 2016.

Description

The Splat Charger, like other Charger-type weapons, can be charged up to increase range and damage. The more it is charged, the farther the Ink will go. On top of that, a fully charged shot will splat an enemy in one hit if it lands. It also creates a thick line of ink, rather than a small blob like Shooters do. This weapon is the most basic form of Charger in Splatoon and comes in a set with the Splash Wall and Echolocator.

A Splat Charger remodeled by Sheldon. Even if your opponents manage to get in close, the Splash Wall gives you the time you need to charge up your main weapon again.
