Description
When used, the Sprinkler continually sprays ink in a circular ring around itself, in a staggering motion, until it is broken by enemy fire. It can be thrown onto virtually any surface, including ones that are upside-down. If the user throws another sprinkler with one already in use, the first one will automatically break. It deals 30 damage per ink drop.

The narrow streams of ink don’t inflict much damage, but Sprinklers are a good way to maintain ink coverage in high-traffic areas during both Turf War and Splat Zones. Tips
- Try to place sprinklers in hard-to-get locations, like on top of boxes, on walls or on objects extending above the play field.
- Take some time to explore the stages. There's tons of spots where you can put sprinklers that you probably didn't consider more than stage decorations.
- Placing a sprinkler directly at your feet can give you a chance to react should an enemy player sneak up on you.
- In Tower Control mode, try placing sprinklers on the Tower.

Trivia
- The logo on the lower part of a Sprinkler is the same as that on the side of the L-3 Nozzlenose D.
- There are no Splatlings or Sloshers with the Sprinkler as their Sub Weapon.
