Black LS

The Black LS is a piece of clothing in the Splatoon series.

In Splatoon, it is a 2-star item produced by Zekko and comes with the primary ability Quick Super Jump. It can be purchased from Jelly Fresh for  3,000.

In Splatoon 2, it is a 2-star item produced by Zekko and comes with the primary ability Quick Super Jump. It can be purchased from Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe for  3,000 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for  6,000.

Appearance

The Black LS is a long-sleeved black shirt. The sleeves both end in a red stripe, and the collar with a white stripe. On the front, in a red rectangle, is the Inkling text from the Zekko logo, printed in white. Above it is a blue square and a white circle, both very small. Towards the bottom of the shirt is a slightly larger rectangle in white, with some kind of design on it. Both sleeves have a long, vertical white stripe on which more Inkling text can be seen.

Abilities

The Black LS comes with Quick Super Jump as the primary ability. As a 2-star item, the Black LS comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Zekko gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Special Saver and a lower chance of rolling Special Charge Up to fill its secondary ability slots.

The Black LS comes with Quick Super Jump as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 2-star item, the Black LS comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since it is made by the Zekko gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Special Saver and a lower chance of rolling Special Charge Up to fill its secondary ability slots.
