Appearance

The Bubble Rain Boots are a pair of white rubber boots that come halfway up the wearer's shins, covered in a polka dot pattern in dark blue, medium blue, and a bright cyan. The medium blue is also used for the soles and a thick stripe around the top. On the front is a tiny black [[File:Inkline_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] logo on a white label.

As a 1-star item, the Bubble Rain Boots come with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since they are made by the Inkline gear brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Defense Up and a lower chance of rolling Damage Up to fill their secondary ability slot.

When purchased from SplatNet 2, they come with any other primary ability normally available to Shoes. As a 1-star item, the Bubble Rain Boots come with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since they are made by the Inkline gear brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Bomb Defense Up DX and a lower chance of rolling Main Power Up to fill their secondary ability slot. The Bubble Rain Boots come with Drop Roller as a main ability.
