Cold Blooded shortens the effect of position-tracking attacks substantially to 25% of normal tracking time.
- Point Sensor normally lasts 8.0 seconds, but is reduced to 2.0 seconds with Cold Blooded. Pre-patch 2.2.0 Point Sensor would normally track for 10 seconds and 2.5 seconds with Cold Blooded.
- Haunt normally lasts 11.5 seconds, but is reduced to roughly 2.9 seconds with Cold Blooded.
- Cold Blooded will reduce the duration of Echolocator to 25% of whatever time it would normally track. Without any Special Duration Up, Echolocator will have its tracking time reduced from 12.0 seconds to 3.0 seconds. If the maximum amount of Special Duration Up is equipped, Echolocator will last 16.0 seconds and only 4.0 seconds with Cold Blooded.

Use
The Cold-Blooded is a generally useful ability to have. By shortening the length of tracking abilities and weapons, there is less of a risk of you being spatted because of a tracker.
