The Positive Longcuff Sweater is a piece of clothing in the Splatoon series.
It is a 3-star item produced by Toni Kensa and comes with the primary ability Swim Speed Up.
It can be purchased from Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe for 
10,800 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for 16,200.
Appearance
The Positive Longcuff Sweater is a solid whtie, long-sleeved, puffy sweater. The cuffs are extra long. On the left sleeve is a red pin with the 
Toni Kensa logo on it.
Splatoon 2
Abilities
The Positive Longcuff Sweater comes with Swim Speed Up as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 3-star item, the Positive Longcuff Sweater comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Since it is made by the Toni Kensa gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Main Power Up and a lower chance of rolling Sub Power Up to fill its secondary ability slots.
