The Roasted Brogues are shoes in Splatoon and Splatoon 2. It is a 1-star item produced by [[File:Rockenberg_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] and comes with the main ability 
Defense Up in Splatoon and 
Bomb Defense Up in Splatoon 2.

Appearance
The Roasted Brogues are a pair of blind brogues in a medium brown with dark brown soles and laces. They are worn with thick socks that extend halfway up the calf, adorned with a gray and red check pattern.
Splatoon
Abilities
The Roasted Brogues come with Defense Up as the primary ability. As a 1-star item, the Roasted Brogues come with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since they are made by the Rockenberg gear brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Run Speed Up and a lower chance of rolling Swim Speed Up to fill their secondary ability slot.
Splatoon 2
Abilities
The Roasted Brogues come with Bomb Defense Up as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, they come with any other primary ability normally available to Shoes. As a 1-star item, the Roasted Brogues come with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since they are made by the Rockenberg gear brand, they have a higher chance of rolling Run Speed Up and a lower chance of rolling Swim Speed Up to fill their secondary ability slot.
