Round-Collar Shirt

The Round-Collar Shirt is a piece of clothing in the Splatoon series.

In Splatoon, it is a 1-star item produced by Rockenberg and comes with the primary ability Ink Saver (Sub). It can be purchased from Jelly Fresh for  600.

In Splatoon 2, it is a 2-star item produced by Rockenberg and comes with the primary ability Ink Saver (Sub). It can be purchased from Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe for  1,600 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for  3,200.

Appearance

The Round-Collar Shirt is a purple, short-sleeved, button-down shirt. The points of the collar are rounded off, hence the name, and it has white buttons that go left over right. It also has a small pocket on the chest, the Inkling text from the Rockenberg logo next to it in a very dark purple, and a tiny orange tag at the left side of the wearer's waist.

As a 1-star item, the Round-Collar Shirt comes with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Rockenberg gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Run Speed Up and a lower chance of rolling Swim Speed Up to fill its secondary ability slot.

• The Round-Collar Shirt had been in Template:S' data files since the original release, but was not made available until Version 2.0.0. Prior to its addition, it was gray instead of purple.
  • Its Italian name literally translates to "Short Gray Shirt", suggesting that the switch to purple was a later change that came after localization.
