The Slipstream United is clothing in Splatoon and Splatoon 2. It is a 2-star item produced by [[File:Takoroka_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] and comes with the main ability 
Defense Up in Splatoon and 
Bomb Defense Up in Splatoon 2.

Appearance
The Slipstream United is a soccer jersey with dark blue and red vertical stripes. The sleeves and collar are lined with white, on the left arm is a yellow armband with a black [[File:Takoroka_Brand_{{{2}}}.png|24px|{{{2}}}|link=SquidForce]] [[{{{2}}}|{{{2}}}]] logo, and up to each shoulder is a row of white chevrons. There is a smaller Takoroka logo on the right side of the chest in white and a small green and white crest on the left with three yellow stars above it. Below the logo and crest is a white Inkling word.
Splatoon
Abilities
The Slipstream United comes with Defense Up as the primary ability. As a 2-star item, the Slipstream United comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Takoroka gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Special Charge Up and a lower chance of rolling Special Duration Up to fill its secondary ability slots.
Splatoon 2
Abilities
The Slipstream United comes with Bomb Defense Up as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 2-star item, the Slipstream United comes with two additional slots for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since it is made by the Takoroka gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Special Charge Up and a lower chance of rolling Special Power Up to fill its secondary ability slots.
Trivia
- Stars next to the team crest on a jersey are used to represent major trophies the team has won; the team to whom the Slipstream United belongs has apparently won three.
- The Slipstream United resembles the home jersey worn by FC Barcelona. Since the back of the jersey contains what looks like a 10, this may also a reference to one of FC Barcelona's players Lionel Messi.
