The first North American event times were announced on 17 August 2015 through the Splatoon Tumblr blog.[1]
- Friday, 21 August 2015 3-5 PM PST
- Saturday, 22 August 2015 3-5 PM PST
- Sunday, 23 August 2015 3-5 PM PST
Differences from the Global Testfire
- The Global Testfire demo had a different icon from the Splatoon Testfire demo.
- The "pre-purchase" text on the title screen was changed to "purchase" as the game had already been released.
- The Global Testfire demo was 6 MB larger than the Splatoon Testfire demo.
