It's not often you get someone who so quickly demonstrates that they are better at your job than you, but that's definitely how I feel with Yoshifan52—they are by far one of The most qualified for the administrator position, from being level-headed in conversation to leadership in fixing up old or missing policies, enforcing policies with users, establishing early connection to new editors and providing resources to those both new and old, and also providing great changes to content/content presentation. They have a great tone for delivery that is uplifting but direct. Yoshifan52 knows both how to take charge of a situation from brainstorming into solutions while knowing how to be a responding contributor as well. I would absolutely love them as a part of staff.
