Merge Catalog and Hotlantis/Shell-out tables

Once unlocked in the Catalog, all those exclusive decorations are made available for purchase from Hotlantis / by chance in the Shell-Out machine. Hotlantis is where the players obtain a Catalog, making the items technically come from there to begin with. As long as it's a plausible meaning of the name it's fine. I don't think we'll ever get an official "translation" for stickers. With that said, talk pages are here to help you and you are encouraged to use them to discuss your ideas beforehand if you deem it necessary! Leaving question marks for unknown parts of a name

Currently, we mark missing information with "?". However, I think this isn't the best option due to the MRN? and PRL? graffitis ("Marina?" and "Pearl?"), so we need to implement a proper convention for this. Something like triple question marks instead of a single one, or something like an underscore. Let me know what you think would look best.

(Speaking of conventions, I ask that people keep it up with only capitalizing first words - exceptions made for proper nouns and common nouns separated from stages, such as in "Eeltail - Transparent small sticker". Corrected the fish scale cost and type for TS-CMP graffiti sticker
