The spire's new appearance

In the reveal for the city of order's residents, the spire of order completely looks different. If I had to guess, it may be after the tutorial, or after specific objectives are achieved. As the tower looks different before we see all the residents. Perhaps it may have to do with that clip of something coming out of (presumably) side of the tower. WaferCaken (talk) 17:18, 20 February 2024 (UTC)
