Cipher is a character in Splatoon 3: Side Order. They run a stall located in the Order Sector called Cipher Siftings[1] where the player can purchase locker decorations, stickers, banners, and gear with Prlz.[2]

Appearence

Cipher appears to be a prawn in the family Luciferidae. They have a translucent body and the lavender fades into a pink on their antennae, fingers, and feet. Their antennae curl around two small silver hoops and have two eye stalks ending in two large eyes with blue oval pupils. They wear a white coat that's pink on the inside and has a silver belt.
