The Blaster is a Main Weapon in Splatoon.

Description

The Blaster shoots special ink rounds that burst like fireworks after traveling a certain distance. These bursts can deal damage in a wide area, making it great for exposing hidden foes. It is one of the most powerful shooters in the game. It is a one-hit-kill but has a very slow firing rate. The Blaster comes in a set with the Disruptor and Killer Wail.

Notes

The Blaster fires grenade-like munitions that spread ink over a wide area. This ability allows players to ink around corners and splat players who are trying to take cover. Despite its low rate of fire, the Blaster consumes ink quickly. The Ink Saver (Main) ability is recommended to keep players' ink tanks from running dry.
