Sunny-Day Tee

The Sunny-Day Tee is a piece of clothing in the Splatoon series.

In Splatoon, it is a 1-star item produced by Krak-On and comes with the primary ability Special Charge Up. It can be purchased from Jelly Fresh for  300.

In Splatoon 2, it is a 1-star item produced by Krak-On and comes with the primary ability Special Charge Up. It can be purchased from Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe for  300 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for  750.

Appearance

The Sunny-Day Tee is a bright orange short-sleeved shirt. On the front is the Krak-On logo text written in white Inkling, and on the bottom is a tiny black tag with the Krak-On icon in white. On the back is a full-size version of the Krak-On icon in white, with the same logo text from the front repeated below it, albeit slightly smaller.

The Sunny-Day Tee comes with Special Charge Up as the primary ability. As a 1-star item, the Sunny-Day Tee comes with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Krak-On gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Swim Speed Up and a lower chance of rolling Defense Up to fill its secondary ability slot.

When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 1-star item, the Sunny-Day Tee comes with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since it is made by the Krak-On gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Swim Speed Up and a lower chance of rolling Bomb Defense Up DX to fill its secondary ability slot.

• At just  300, the Sunny-Day Tee is the cheapest purchasable gear with Special Charge Up. It is tied with the Rainy-Day Tee for the cheapest purchasable clothing in Splatoon. It is tied with the Rainy Day Tee, Red Slip-Ons and Blue Slip-Ons for cheapest Krak-On gear, and tied with the Rainy Day Tee, Red Slip-Ons, Blue Slip-Ons, B-ball Headband and Tennis Headband for cheapest purchasable gear overall.
