It can be purchased from Ye Olde Cloth Shoppe for 
300 or from SplatNet 2 Gear Shop for 750.
Appearance
The Sunny-Day Tee is a bright orange short-sleeved shirt. On the front are some Inkling letters printed in white, and on the bottom is a tiny black tag with what is most likely the 
Krak-On logo in white. On the back is a full-size version of the Krak-On logo in white, with the same text from the front repeated below it, though slightly smaller.

The Sunny-Day Tee comes with Special Charge Up as the primary ability. As a 1-star item, the Sunny-Day Tee comes with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail or 30,000 cash for each slot. Since it is made by the Krak-On gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Swim Speed Up and a lower chance of rolling Defense Up to fill its secondary ability slot.

The Sunny-Day Tee comes with Special Charge Up as the primary ability when purchased from a shop or ordered from Murch. When purchased from SplatNet 2, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Clothing (with the exception of Ability Doubler). As a 1-star item, the Sunny-Day Tee comes with one additional slot for secondary abilities, which may be increased to a maximum of three slots with a Super Sea Snail for each slot. Since it is made by the Krak-On gear brand, it has a higher chance of rolling Swim Speed Up and a lower chance of rolling Bomb Defense Up DX to fill its secondary ability slot.
