The Custom E-liter 3K(NA)[a], or Custom E-Litre 3K(EU/OC)[b], is a Main Weapon that was released as free DLC on June 17, 2015 at Template:UTC. It is the Custom version of the E-liter 3K.

Description

The Custom E-liter 3K is a main charger weapon in Splatoon. This gun has the same stats as the original variant, but has different sub and special weapons.

You won’t find many charger weapons with a longer shot range than this puppy, and the Squid Beakon makes it easy for your team to back you up. Throw in the Kraken special for good measure and you’re looking at a well-rounded weapon set!

The Custom E-liter 3K is an E-Liter 3K modified with custom parts for a unique appearance! Use the Squid Beakons to send your teammates on ahead while you find a good spot to back them up.

If anyone gets too close, give 'em a taste of Kraken! This set is well suited for defensive battlers.

S Ability Tenacity.png Tenacity The Tenacity ability is very effective on Charger weapons. With Tenacity equipped, the Special Gauge automatically fills anytime the wearer's team has more inactive (waiting to respawn) players than the enemy team. As the Custom E-Liter 3K has poor ink output and tends to be splatted significantly less often than most other weapons, Tenacity is optimal to ensure Kraken is readily available,

S Ability Cold Blooded.png Cold Blooded The Cold Blooded ability reduces the duration of tracking by Point Sensors, Haunt, and Echolocators by 75%. Because of the E-liter 3K's extremely limited mobility (15), Cold Blooded allows players to be unpredictable in positioning, win sniper duels and prevent quick splats by enemy snipers

S Ability Ink Recovery Up.png Ink Recovery Up The Ink Recovery Up ability hastens the refill rate of ink. The Custom E-liter 3K relies on frequent supplies of ink, making this ability important. Tentatek gear has a 5x higher chance of rolling this ability.

S Ability Swim Speed Up.png Swim Speed Up The Swim Speed Up ability increases the speed of the squid whilst in ink. As the E-Litre has slower base swim speed than most other weapons, which translate to its Kraken speed as well, Swim Speed Up is essential to make effective escapes and to successfully chase down enemies with Kraken, offsetting some of the base swim speed reduction.
